Building the Education Revolution& Primary Schools for the 21st Century (PS21)
Library / Assembly area and Administration Block – Project 2009/13616/2
During 2010 and 2011 the School was enhanced by the building of a new Administration block, canteen and Multi Purpose Space (MPS) as part of the Commonwealth Government’s 'Building the Education Revolution' initiative.
The project has now been completed with the exception of some minor landscaping and has been a very successful with smooth operation from start to finish.
The team of designers - Lynne Sheen and Mark Webster; builders and tradesmen - Glenn Harbison, Ian Lightfoot and Lou Carroll; Project Manager - Dennis Cuthbert; BER steering committee; Graham Benstead, Liz Watt, Adrian May and many others have made significant contributions to the success of this building program and demonstrated the efficiency of the broader experience within the independent schooling sector in delivering capital infrastructure through the BER initiative.
It will serve our school and the broader community as a performance and meeting space for many years to come and is truly a beautiful piece of iconic architecture.
2017 saw the completion of a new school classroom to house our year one students. The classroom was built by Todd Huxley of Studium.
