Dear Yallingup Steiner Community,As we come the end of another busy term I thought we might take just a moment to reflect and congratulate one another on all that has been achieved just this term.Our two major events have been the Open Day and Curry Night both of which were successful and joyous community happenings which celebrated our School.  Through collaboration with the P&F this term has seen the installation of the new K4 kitchen, the new work benches for the Primary students and the pizza oven.The children from K6 to Class 5 have continued with their bushwalking program. We have also had the visit from the two Eurythmists this week and the kindergarten Spring Festival. All this is in addition to the extensive daily learning and practise of our motto of 'Head, Heart and Hands' which is integral to and underpins school routine.This term has also been an exciting…

Dear Parents and other interested readers, Our newsletter this week has a decidedly spring flavour, though there is added spice with a wrap-up of the extremely successful Curry Night held last Saturday. Also included are updates about the Giant Knitting and Eurythmy and the multitude of other happenings around our busy, little School. Dear Yallingup Steiner Community, Lots of updates and news this week including; • Curry Night Preparation for Saturday • An announcement abou Eurythmy at YSS • The new Pizza Oven • and the Donnelly River cabin allocation and payment details. A very special thank you this week to Kate McGeachie (Rowell) who has spent many, many hours organizing the Curry Night again this year and she won't even be able to be here to enjoy it. Have a wonderful holiday Kate and Rich and thank you so much for all you do around the School. A couple of treasures! Dear Parents This week we welcome a new K4 student to Utes class. We have an important P&F update to read over, especially with the Curry Night so soon upon us. A last minute reminder of the Combined Kindergarten Parent evening which will be held tonight a 7pm in the Rainbow Room. As always we have a beautiful array of the children's work and activities that have been happening around the school. Wishing you all a warm and heath filled week to come. Dear Parents,Our newsletter this week has a full program for the open day this Saturday. Please note that Friday is a pupil free day for all students. Although Saturday is compulsory for Primary students, kindergarten students and families are encouraged to come along and see what there is to look forward to.There are a couple of upcoming events flagged; the combined K4/5/6 parent night on the 30th August and the Curry Night on Saturday 10th.Also have a read about the new workbenches and our heartfelt thanks to the Busselton and Dunsbroug Lion's Clubs for supporting the building and installation of the new K4 kitchen through financial donations. Dear Parents,In our newsletter this week there are some details about the upcoming Open Day on 20th August. There will be more to come next week about this compulsory event for Primary students.Also included is a letter from Council regarding fees for next year.Please also note that the Curry Night is coming up on September 10 and the Spring Fair date has been changed to th 27th November to avoid a clash with the Gourmet Escape.  Both these events are whole School events and you will be contacted by your Class Rep and asked to assist.  If you would like to take a bigger role or get in early feel free to let the hard-working mums of the P&F know  This email address is being protected from spambots.   Dear Yallingup Steiner Community,Our final newsletter for Term 2 is attached for your reading pleasure.  Hopefully, it has not repeated itself this week and become 84 pages long like last week's did.We have a bit of a wrap up of the Dance Party which was apparently a fabulous night and some more winter festival celebrations, this time from the Margaret River and Carbunup playgroups.Also repeated (for the last time this year) is the information about our tax deductible donation accounts.  You may like to share this with grandparents and others who could possibly assist the School and get a deduction themselves.  The new Bursary fund has been well used this year and with plans for the new classroom for 2017 well underway additional funds for this project would be very well received.
