Dear Yallingup Steiner Community,

The onset of Spring has brought so much activity to us here at YSS.

The Curry Night on Saturday was a fantastic success and another example of our awesome parent body working together to raise money and 'fun' raise too. Well done to all of you who participated in any way.

This weekend we have our Open Day and it promises to be a further illustration of the beauty and uniqueness of this School. If you can help with morning tea, either serving or baking,  please contact the office. The Class One classroom will also be opened by our local MLA, Libby Mettam and the stunning mosaic artwork that Annie, Konrad and the Class 4/5/6 have been working on will also be there for viewing in it's new home. Please endeavour to have your primary aged children dressed in clean, yellow, school T Shirts.  These are available at the school shop for $18 if your child does not have one.  Ask the office staff if there is no one in the shop when you come through.

Next week is not only the last week of term but the time for the celebration of Spring Festival.  The details of the  kindy and primary celebrations are included in the newsletter.

Konrad is also conducting a talk on teaching in a Steiner School which is open to teachers from the wider community.  More details of this are also in the newsletter.

I hope to see most of you on Saturday.  Have a lovely week,

Warm wishes,

Kerrie Naughton
