Yallingup Steiner School’s Grounds Contract is available for tender, to start at the beginning of 2024.
Duties involved with this contract include:
Management of lawns including:
•Lawn mowing, edging, fertilising, weeding and reticulation
•Lawn mowing and general upkeep of Carbunup Hall grounds
•Reticulation management including pump and water monitoring
Grounds management including:
•Ensuring the grounds and exterior of buildings are clean and safe for use
•Blowing, raking of sandpits, pressure washing and leaf litter management
The successful applicant/s must have:
•Public Liability insurance, equipment and machinery
•The ability to work within confines of a yearly budgeted expense account
•Excellent communication skills and a cheerful disposition
•Current working with children card

Projected hours estimated at 12 hours per week.
